Gage East Team

Back in 1986, making housing work better for people meant just finding the space. Today, it means supportive services onsite, housing-first, harm-reduction, food security, and trauma-informed housing stability. Most of our outcomes are easy to measure: lower crime rates, helping folks get the care they need, and supporting the communities we serve house people with the highest barriers to that housing. Our team, partnerships, communities, and tenants make all the meaningful stuff. We provide the place; they provide long-lasting changes.

From high-quality buildings to life-changing support services, we create environments and experiences that help our tenants meet their goals and live their best lives.

What We Believe …

Be Innovative

We believe in challenging ourselves to continuously create state-of-the-art supportive housing models that incorporate both best practices and innovation.

Maximize Tenant Success

We believe every individual and family should have access to housing provided suitable design and support services are in place.

We believe the focus of our supportive services will be designed to maximize the opportunities for our applicants and residents to obtain and maintain permanent housing.

Build Financial Stability

We believe in building a solid financial basis to pursue our mission.

We believe each housing entity we own and manage must be financially stable.
