Property Manager (Duluth, MN)
CCHC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Property Manager for the Steve O’Neil Supportive Housing Apartments in Duluth.
Overview:
The Property Manager is responsible for carrying out the mission of CCHC by managing the tenancy and upkeep of the Steve O’Neil supportive housing apartment building serving formerly homeless families.
Duties include:
Ensuring rapid turnover of vacant apartments, including applicant selection process and timely placement of tenants, lease up, inspections, collection of rental payment, move out, along with accurate related record keeping and data entry; assisting in the enforcement of house rules, and processing of appeals and evictions; completing and filing necessary paperwork; inspecting property for proper maintenance; assisting site director in all aspects of property management.
Requirements:
This position requires a unique combination of property management as well as social service skills. Experience or education in subsidized property management or related fields is required. This position requires a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. This person must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.

Supportive Housing Youth Case Manager (Rochester, MN)
Center City Housing is looking for a Case Manager to serve youth from age 16 to 22 in our Gage East Supportive Housing Facility in Rochester, MN.
Overview:
Provide case management, advocacy, and support services to homeless individuals who are participating in the Gage East supportive youth housing program. Ensure program success by supporting individuals to create long-term goals, weekly goals, and objectives that lead to improved skills/education/income and movement to permanent housing. Provide information and referrals, home visits, community meetings/programs and advocacy for participants with community providers of services. Maintain appropriate recordkeeping and client records in accordance with federal, state and Center City Housing Corporation requirements. Work closely with Site Director, Case Managers, property manager, and other community agencies.
Preferred experience includes a bachelor’s degree in human service field preferably with two years experience in case management for homeless people/youths OR Associate Degree in human service field with three years experience in case management for homeless people/youths. This position requires a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. This person must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.

Early Childhood Program Coordinator (Rochester, MN)
Center City Housing Corp. is looking for candidates to fill our full-time position in Rochester, MN as Early Childhood Program Coordinator for Gage East Apartments.
This position works closely with the Supportive Housing Case Managers to provide comprehensive services to parents/guardians and their children living in transitional or permanent supportive housing. The Early Childhood Program Coordinator provides programming on site for children from birth through four years old, facilitates parent/guardian groups addressing the needs of children, and refers to community services. As a member of the service team, the Early Childhood Program Coordinator works in partnership with the Case Managers to provide whole family supportive services. In addition to other duties, the Early Childhood Program Coordinator provides supervision and direction to the TOTs program staff. The person in this role will work closely with community agencies to develop positive relationships. This position also works with the Site Director to implement grant-funded activities and complete programming evaluation.
A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a minimum of one year experience working with low-income and homeless children and families is preferred. Experience supervising others is required. This position requires a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation, and must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.

Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Duluth, MN)
Center City Housing is currently hiring individuals to perform general building maintenance at multiple unit housing facilities in Duluth, MN. This person will provide maintenance services as a member of a team and implement the program goals based on “Housing First” and “Harm Reduction” philosophies. This position will assist the Property Manager with general operation of the buildings including all aspects of property maintenance and vacant unit preparation.
This position requires a person who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team to carry out job duties. Must have previous building maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. Must also pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.

Part-time Janitor (Duluth, MN)
Center City Housing is accepting applications for an individual to perform janitorial support at supportive housing apartments in Duluth. This position will assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the building.
The person in this position must be able to work independently and as a member of a team to effectively perform duties. Responsible for assisting in identifying long- and short-term cleaning and repair projects. Implement ongoing cleaning schedule that includes cleaning floors, windows, common areas, and storage spaces. Complete daily cleaning tasks. Assist in snow and ice removal from sidewalks and entryways. Assist in cleaning and preparing rooms for rental. Be familiar with tools and equipment necessary for custodial services. Prioritize and manage cleaning projects. Communicate with and relate to diverse populations. Abide by current safety regulations as defined by OSHA, Fire and Health Departments and other regulatory agencies. Must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.
